While the main museum is closed for renovation, we are operating a satellite location at Valley Hills Mall [1960 US Hwy 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602]. Find us on the 2nd floor, near American Eagle, outside of Dillard’s.
We do not charge a general admission fee to visit Hickory Museum of Art. However, our suggested donation per person is $5. Actual operating cost per visit is $12 per person. Please consider helping cover the cost of those who are unable to give. Along with cash, donations may also be made by debit or credit card in shopHMA.

Everyone is welcome to visit Hickory Museum of Art, whether you are a member of the museum or not. The museum is open to everyone, although members receive invitations to special events and discounts on classes and camps.

Hickory Museum of Art is very fortunate to have a strong membership and many community and corporate sponsors that help keep the admission free for visitors. However, we continue to ask for support, so we suggest donations be made to the museum when you visit.
