We are back for our second edition of Curating Cuisine and this time we will be immersed in the Surrealist world of Salvador Dali. Did you know that Salvador and his wife and muse, Gala, would host epic dinner parties and eventually published their own cookbook, les diners de Gala? Expect the unexpected. 

Chef Calvin Reyes will be taking us on a culinary journey to rival any of their parties. Starting September 1st, the museum will be closed for renovations, and HMA will be "On-The-Go," so Calvin will be hosting us at his exciting new restaurant, North Hickory Market, opening soon! 

The dinner will consist of 5 courses, drink pairings, and other beverages, cocktails, and wine will be available for purchase.
